woke up at 6.30am to get ready. met weiqi at 7.40am at aljunied mrt to head down to SGH health promotion board. redz wan in short wan was alreadi there when we reach at 8 am. prepared the stuff, after tt qi n me practice the aerobic dance that we prepared at the veri last minute. redz wan, qi n i were the camp instructor for the day
at 9am, the kids arrived , introduced ourselves to them n started the sports camp.
1)first, ice breaker games-->1) human tunnel, which u hold ur hands together in a straight line n pass the hula hoop to ur fren without lettin go of ur hands.
2) hunter, fire earthquake
2)next was the aerobic dance, enjoyed ourselves alot lol..
3)tea break--> the kids were eatin bread n apple, while qi n me ate egg tart:P
4)video show--> interestin show, why didnt our teachers show us when we were in primary school haha
5)captain's ball challenge--> the kids enjoyed themselves veri much.. lol theres once when they threw the ball down as we were playin on the second floor.. luckily no one walk pass or any car went pass.. the consequences will b serius lol
6)floorball challenge
7)lunch--> lunch was nice. gave 1/3 of my portion to a boy n qi gave 1/3 of her rice to the same boy.. hm.. guess they are still growin so they tend to hav bigger appetite
8)health zone tour
9)fitness house challenge-->1)rock climbin challenge 2)cycling challenge 3) sumo wrestler challenge 4)high jump
10) sports telematch -->1)basketball madness 2)floorball frenzy
11)prize presentation--> all the games had points. n the students were divided into 4 grps->green,red,purple,white.. n green won the overall champion
12)end of the camp .. ended ard 3 plus.. took photo with the kids.. they are realli veri cute.. haha they called us teacher lol.. so they will b lyk teacher this teacher that.. realli nice experience=) i guess qi n i did lost some weight =P
didnt know tt being a camp instructor is so fun but tiring.. but i enjoyed myself lots with the students =) hope to hav more of this :P
