the dog is realli pitiful.. the dog is so skinny to the extend that he has no more energy to climb the stairs.. n the irresponsible owner actualli let the dog sleep outside the door.. even though its old.. the owner hav no rites to do it.. even human beings grow old.. dun tell mi animals wont grow old.. if u wanna hav a pet then u shld b prepared for all this.. y put the dog outside the house.. dog is also a livin thing.. n this isnt the way..

i dunno the owner, i dunno how they treat him.. but frm wat i c.. one word..IRRESPONSIBLE.. n no matter how the owner treats him.. dogs are still loyal.. at the moment when i saw the dog tryin all means to climb up the stairs wantin to go back outside the house.. i teared.. he cant even climb .. whenever he climbs up, he slides down again.. its not once but a few times..n u could even feel his bones.. we tried givin him dog milk or even treats, he doesnt wan.. n the best thing is the owner isnt home.. sis carried him to the door step.. n guess wat.. the onli thing they gave him was.. a carton box to slp on n a packet of human rice ..

wanted to call spca to report but if we do.. the dog mayb put to slp ..so we decided not.. i juz hope the dog will b fine
